I’m finally getting back to reality after a great trip down to Austin, TX for SXSW. In case you weren’t able to make it down, check out this great clip of Little Daylight rocking out in abandoned rock quarry/music venue Club DeVille for their first SXSW showcase. They’ve been a lot of fun to mix live and they just announced their first NYC show at Santos for Neon Gold’s Pop Shop party! See you there!

Black Bird White Sky Debut New Live Show

New York electro-rockers Black Bird White Sky debuted their new live set last night at the VVYNL party at The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn. We’ve been working together the past few weeks to take their electronic sound from the studio into the world of live music. It’s been great working with Ronnie Shingelo and his live collaborator Luke Wagman to push the envelope with live vocal effects processing and interactive computer music.

“Digital Love” Gets Rave Reviews in DJ Mag

Almamy’s new single (which I produced) is starting to get some great reviews including DJ Magazine! This month’s DJ Mag gave “Digital Love” a 9.0 ut of 10 and named it the “Money Shot” track of the month in the Electro section. They called it “an experimental, atmospheric mini-masterpiece” and I hope you agree!

MNDR performed on The Late Show with David Letterman last night! It was great to hear Tom Cruise and David Letterman talking about MNDR during the interview and even better to watch the band and string from side stage as they performed “Feed Me Diamonds”, the title track of MNDR’s debut album.

The new Almamy single “Digital Love” debuted on East Village Radio yesterday! The song is a cover of Daft Punk’s song by the same name, though it’s a thoroughly re-imagined cover to say the least! The single and B-side dub will be released on December 21st, 2012.
